Dr. Darren Gray is a highly skilled chiropractor, certified rehabilitation therapist, and academic with a robust clinical neurology and functional rehabilitation background. He graduated from Sydney and Macquarie Universities in 1992 and 1994, followed by extensive postgraduate training, including a Master of Clinical Rehabilitation (Neurology).
Darren was recognised for his dedication to neuroscience and was awarded the prestigious Clinical Fellowship from the Australasian Academy of Functional Neurology in 2016. His approach to patient care at Brainstorm Rehabilitation emphasizes collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams to set clear, achievable rehabilitation goals.
Darren's expertise extends into academia, where he is a sessional lecturer in the Science and Health Departments at Charles Sturt University, Port Macquarie. He also brings a wealth of experience in competitive sports and children, shaping his family-oriented practice over the last decade.
In addition to his clinical and academic pursuits, Darren's research focuses on evaluating methods to measure dizziness. Outside of work, you can find him enjoying Port Macquarie's winter breaks, competing in triathlons across Australia, or spending quality time with his family outdoors.
